    Board your non-stop Air Canada flight from Vancouver to Tokyo, and begin your exciting journey to the heart of Japan.

    Cross the International Date Line and arrive in Tokyo, where you will be warmly welcomed by our Japan local guide. Enjoy a seamless transfer to your hotel as your worry-free tour vacation begins.

    After breakfast, visit Tokyo’s historic Asakusa Kannon Temple (Sensoji Temple), the city’s oldest and most revered temple, where traditional culture thrives amidst bustling streets. Next, experience the world-famous Shibuya Crossing, and visit the Hachiko Statue to learn about the touching story of Japan’s most loyal dog. End the day by ascending to the Tokyo Skytree Observation Deck for breathtaking panoramic views of the sprawling metropolis. Lunch and dinner at your leisure. (B)

    Day 4 / Sep 10Tokyo ~ Hakone ~ Mt. Fuji (B / D)

    After breakfast, travel to Hakone for a scenic Ropeway ride with views of the mountains and, weather permitting, Mount Fuji. Visit Owakudani Valley and stroll along Yumoto Shotengai. In the afternoon, continue to Lake Kawaguchi for Mt. Fuji views and explore Oshino Hakkai Village. Dinner at a local restaurant before returning to your hotel. (B / D)

    After breakfast, depart from Matsumoto and travel by bus to Takayama (approx 2 hours). Upon arrival, visit the charming Hida Takayama Miyagawa Morning Market, where you can explore local produce, handicrafts, and regional specialties. Continue to Hida no Sato, an open-air museum showcasing traditional gassho-zukuri farmhouses and the rich rural heritage of the Hida region.
